My Services.

As a therapist, I work closely with clients to identify and address underlying issues, foster resilience, and cultivate positive habits and behaviors.

I offer 50-minute therapy sessions in my downtown Santa Barbara office or via telehealth. The individuals that I am lucky enough to work with enjoy a safe, confidential and constructive environment each time we sit together, be it in person or remotely.

My Approach.

I believe that self-knowledge is the ultimate gift one can receive in life, and I envision this path as a garden that requires consistent care and attention. In therapy, we nurture the foundation of our being, such as our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, much like a gardener carefully tending to the soil to ensure healthy growth.

By tending to the garden with diligence and care, we can witness the blossoming of beautiful flowers, bountiful produce, and abundant new growth. This growth is a direct result of the client's hard work, dedication, and commitment to deepening their connection with themselves.

Individual Session: $140

Family Session: $160
