Welcome.
As a native of California, I had the privilege of growing up along the rugged North Coast surrounded by the breathtaking redwood trees. These formative years instilled a deep sense of curiosity and wonder about myself, others, and the world around me. I carry this profound connection to nature with me always, seeking out spaces where I can quiet my mind and tap into that same sense of wonder that continues to guide and teach me. It is this very sense of wonder that fuels and inspires the work I do with my clients, helping them find their own inner sense of curiosity and fulfillment.
I came to Santa Barbara to receive my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Over the years, I gained experience working with individuals of all ages, both in private practice and through community organizations. I specialize in guiding young adults as they discover their inner light and cultivate contentment within themselves. I believe that every individual has the capacity to heal themselves, and I view myself as a supportive and empowering guide on their journey.
When I'm not sitting with clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors, making dinner with friends and family, and working in the garden. Yoga has also been an essential part of my own healing process, and I have been practicing for over a decade.
Drawing inspiration from my own experiences in therapy and healing, I take pride in providing the same kind of support that has helped me on my own path. Whether engaging in therapy sessions within the office or embracing the natural beauty of the outdoors, my goal is to help my clients achieve their desired outcomes and lead fulfilling lives.
